Children's Camp in Zakopane

I had the amazing opportunity to work with a group of warm-hearted individuals from the Polish Pentecostal Church from Krakow (Bethlehem). These 4 adults took on the task of providing a Christian experience in the mountains of southern Poland for 21 kids & youth. The group ranged in age from 6 to 16. They hiked in the mountains, went swimming at the hot springs & had team building games led by this "a little bit" crazy American. It was an interesting time as we dodged rain & storms but it didn't dampen our spirits. We did lots of things with balloons, relays, m & m's & my 3 days of activities culminated with baseball & a Bible lesson with small groups being led by the young adults from my fellowship. It was a great time of fun, fellowship & learning how to practically apply God's word.

Wiktoria: My assistant & "supervisor" of the M & M sort.
Although she was the youngest it didn't stop her from participating & smiling about her time.

There seemed to be smiles all around as the children engaged in new & interesting activities that were challenging & fun. I pray that I will be able to further influence these activities in the future to make them even more fun & to help to really develop the kids relationship with Jesus in practical ways.
